How is the per-minute price estimated?
It's the cost of the phone line and the AI voice for a connected minute on a US number, plus our margin: about $0.23. Calls to other countries cost more, depending on the country. The exact cost of every call shows on the task as it runs.
What else does a task cost?
Research and planning: finding businesses, reading their sites, planning calls and writing the report. It's billed at actual usage and shown on the task next to the call costs.
How do I add credit?
Open Credit in the app and pick a $10, $25 or $50 pack. You pay through Stripe, and the credit shows up in your balance a moment later.
What happens when my credit runs low?
New tasks need at least $2. A running task never spends more than your balance covers, and it checks with you before going past its budget.
