Which businesses can it call?

Businesses and offices with a phone number, in the US and abroad. Scheduling warns you about times outside 8am to 9pm where the business is, and it won't call a number that's on your do-not-call list.

Will it share my card details?

Only if you give them to it during the call when it asks. It prefers paying at pickup or on delivery, and card-like numbers are removed from saved transcripts.

Are calls recorded?

Call audio isn't recorded. You get a written transcript of each call on your task, visible only to you.
